Hi, we are Jackie Laine and Lily Avetisyan, two passionate photographers living and working in the Greater Toronto Area. We love everything about photography, for us being able to capture stories, create moments and to connect and share in special milestones with our clients is what we live for. We have worked together for over 6 years in the photography field as partners on countless photography

jobs. With this extensive experience we have developed a workflow and style that allows us to work seamlessly together, just as in marriage, where you look for someone to challenge you and grow with, we have partnered up in our professional careers to constantly push each other for greatness. In 2016, when freelancing was starting to take over, we both decided to quit our full time jobs and open Lane and Ave Studio where we are now pursuing our passions.

After nine years, our journey as Lane & Ave Studio is coming to an end.

We started this fresh out of photography school, leaving our full-time jobs to build something of our own. Over the years, we’ve shared incredible memories, grown through challenges, and had the privilege of documenting so many important moments.

Life looks a little different now, between motherhood and busy schedules, it’s no longer as easy to work side by side. It feels like the right time to move forward individually, while still supporting each other.

We’re still here for you. If one of us is unavailable, the other will step in to make sure you’re taken care of. This page and your galleries will remain up for the next year as we transition, and any sessions already booked will still be photographed by either one of us 🤍
