Some highlights from the past few months creating content for

I’ve been off social media a bit for the past few weeks but I haven’t stopped filming. Between client work, being back at the ski resort, and being a dad whose kid just turned one… well, life has been a bit hectic to say the least.

Planning to start posting more again here, and have some really cool projects coming up over the next few months that I can’t wait to share with you all!

“What a blessing to be tired in the pursuit of a challenge of your own choosing”

I’m proud to say there are very few times in my life where I’ve done something I didn’t want to be doing, and during those times, it was often strategic acceptance. Meaning, I knew it would get me to where I wanted to be.

Even more rare is me being on the fence about something. Decisions and choices typically come easily to me.

Posting about myself on social media is one of those exceptional outliers that combines strategic acceptance & me being on the fence of choosing to do this.

See, I don’t like to publicly hype myself up, brag, or be an open book to just anyone. Yet, to “make it” on social media, those are things I need to do. Especially when a large part of my business revolves around people seeing, liking, sharing, and commenting on my work.

Being honest and putting more of myself on here with the goal of connecting with people deeper than just surface level is something I’m still working on and trying to do more of.

Let’s face it, there’s millions of amazing photographers and videographers on this platform. In order for me to stand out, I need people to connect/ relate with me, not just my work. But also, for me to feel inspired and creative, I need to surround myself with likeminded individuals.

This is where social media can be a fantastic tool. Beyond the veil of BS dancing trends and superficial people posting about how great their lives are, when they secretly hate themselves, lies groups of creative individuals looking to share their passions with others. People who hope to make a positive impact on other’s lives and inspire people with all forms of art.

Those are my people and who I’m looking for more of. Let’s be exhausted together, encourage each other out of our comfort zones, and create impactful content together.

Long story short, expect to see more of me on here. I won’t always make posts like this, but I’ll try my best to fit them in.

Not getting results? Try this👇🏼

I get it, growing on social media can be such a pain in the ass! It’s easier to just focus on your business and let things slide. I did this for years with my own business.

But the truth is, social media is VERY powerful and necessary for your success! You’ll build trust with clients, reach new ones you’d never have access to otherwise, and if your posts get shared, it’s FREE advertising.

And yes, it’s a lot of work! Sucks, I know. There’s a lot more to it than taking a picture or video and posting it.

🇦🇺 Postcards from Australia 👇🏼

👉🏼 I can’t believe it’s been exactly 11 years since I was in Australia. Back then Annie and I were just kids doing a ski season at Mt. Hotham followed by living in a van road tripping along the coast lines.

🌎 Fast forward to today, we’re here again, after a week in Japan, to bring our 8 month old son to meet his family overseas and do some sightseeing.

👣 This life is a constant adventure of the unexpected. A true fantasy. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

📣 Let me know which photo is your favorite - I decided to have some fun with styling these ones instead of trying to make them “perfect”. Feeling a little artistic I suppose.

POV: You just found the most breathtaking waterfalls in Australia.
If you’re craving adventure in Cairns, this one’s for the bucket list.

🚡 Thanks to , we booked an epic gondola ride with — soaring 7.5km above the rainforest with stops at Red Peak Station and the jaw-dropping Barron Falls lookout.

🛖 The journey ended in Kuranda, a rainforest village where we grabbed lunch and the freshest fruit smoothies.

🚂 On the way back, we traded the sky for tracks and rode the historic — featuring 15 hand-carved tunnels, 37 bridges, and the most unreal views of the gorge (Where I snapped this photo!).

Trust me — this is one of the most scenic experiences in Queensland.

☔️ It will rain. Bring an umbrella — or shoot through the drops for some moody cinematic vibes.

👟 Your shoes matter more than your camera gear. You’ll be walking a lot.

👀 Yes, the popular spots are packed… but they’re popular for a reason. Patience and timing = killer shots.

👣 Don’t be afraid to get lost. Don’t over plan your trip, save some time to pick a direction and go get lost. You’re guaranteed to find something cool.

🚆 Master the subway, and you master the city. Grab a Suica card and thank me later.

📷 Whether you’re into street photography, travel videography, or just soaking in the visual energy — Japan delivers.
