Kibale National Park:
One of my absolute favourite parts of my recent trip to Africa. A wonderful experience I won’t soon forget. Chimpanzee tracking in the park was rough- lots of mud, bugs, obstacles, pure bushwhacking. I came out with lots of scrapes, bruises, and mud stained shoes (still haven’t been able to get the mud out) but that’s what I call an adventure!! I’m not sure what made me love this park so much- maybe it was the tall twisty trees full of character and life, or the incredible primates (seriously that baby is sooo adorable), the endless greenery that reminded me of home, or just the playful spirit of the park and the adventure it gave.
