I'm still carrying the warmth from the opening event of my photo story exhibition on the International Women's Day. It was a huge success! Alhamdulillah! I'm humbled by the support of the Victoria community who showed up for the opening. Your energy, curiosity, and encouragement meant so much! 🧡😊

I’m excited to share that the exhibition also has an audio format for stories and photos. Creating a space where more people can experience these stories fully is a responsibility I hold close as an inclusion and accessibility practitioner.

I'm grateful to theDock and Victoria Arts Council for their trust and support for this exhibition. 😊

To my participants — thank you for your time, your trust, and your willingness to let me hold your stories with care. This work exists because of you. 🧡

This exhibition will be up for until June 8! If you didn't have a chance to join us for the opening, please check it out in your own time during the weekdays between 9am - 5pm! If there is further interest to see the exhibition with a guided tour, I would be happy to arrange it on one of the coming weekends.

📣 It’s official — "Voices in Focus" is opening on International Women’s Day, and you’re invited! 😊
Voices in Focus is my photo‑storytelling exhibition centering BIPOC immigrant women artists, entrepreneurs, and community builders in Victoria, BC. This exhibition celebrates their powerful stories and portraits — women whose creativity and courage inspire me every day.

The exhibition will be live at theDock from March 8 to June 8.

Come visit, connect with the stories, and support the incredible women behind them. I can’t wait to share this space with you. This project has been a true labor of love and passion, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you all!
