I was feeling playful and philosophical about the monkey mind being both playful in a good way but also how it plays tricks on us. We can harness the inner trickster for our advantage and teach it to help us face challenges instead of allowing it to be self destructive.

I almost decided not to post this one since I don’t normally wiggle while sharing my poetry and was bloated when I filmed this. The monkey mind full of doubts, so I decided to share it anyways because it’s an opportunity to allow the discomfort of imperfection and internal conflict.

I was bloated and pmsing this day, but I’m going to love my body and share more things that aren’t perfect because I still like them anyways and my page is for sharing.
