I am a photographer, secondary school teacher, mother, wife and dog owner. I love life, I am always up for an adventure and love to put a smile on other people's faces. I have been taking photographs for as long as I can remember. I have always been that person at the party who brought their camera along. I completed my university degree in Forensic Science and then went to teacher's college, and
obtained work fairly quickly, teaching Science at a local high school. I decided shortly after, that I would head back to school again and began my education in the art photography program at Mohawk College. I now also teach photography in high school as well as Science. I am a member of the executive of both the Norfolk and Haldimand Photography Clubs. My work has been published in a Calendar, in Snaped Magazine, as well as in a Canadian Tire Advertisement. I have won best photographer overall at the Caledonia Fair and numerous special awards at the Paris fair. I have some of my work for sale at the Nifty Gifty store in Waterford Ontario, but I am always more that willing to provide a client with other photos I have taken, or custom photography just for them. My photography interests are very broad, and need to be as I teach our youth. I mostly enjoy taking photos while I am away travelling and of nature. Please contact me if you are interested in any of my work or wish to hire me to photograph your life's adventures!
