It’s official, Danielle and Amir’s helicopter elopement has just been featured in Toronto Life 🚁

From Langdon Hall to a private beach near Goderich by helicopter, vows with their pug Milo at their feet, and a marriage license signed on the front of the helicopter.

So proud of our Elopers & Co. team and so excited to see this adventure celebrated as a Real Wedding.

After their first look, they did something I’ve never photographed before - a first couples tattoo without seeing each other first. Their artist stayed all night so guests could join in too, which is one of the most unique (and long-lasting 😮‍💨) guest favours I’ve ever seen.

Every detail came together beautifully thanks to Emily from Maeck Weddings, the Elora Mill team, and florals by By Wildwood - and the best part was how much Lexus & Austin appreciated everyone involved. They even asked for a full team photo 🥹

Days like this are why I love photographing weddings at Elora Mill - incredible spaces, thoughtful teams, and couples who are fully present for it all.

Just going to say it now so we can all look back and say “Lindsay was right” 😘, but 2026 is going to be the year of “the summer I turned pretty” aesthetic in wedding and couples photos.

Blue skies, crisp whites, and an overload of hydrangeas and wildflowers. Beautiful light and deep greens.
