Covid has meant no staff nights out for a while, so .vdh decided to treat us to some Fish and Wine courtesy of and . Decided it was worth bringing back the old cheffing skills and cooked up this treat.

Grilled Tuna loin, with Balsamic roasted veg and feta salad, sun-dried tomato and lemon cous cous, with roast tomato and beetroot puree, and Mediterranean roast veg puree.
Served with Amelia Syrah.

Delicious.

First time visiting the Bald Eagles down in Squamish, they come here from November through till February to feed on the salmon from the end of the salmon run. I couldn't believe the numbers we saw, on a 1 hour stroll we must have seen in excess of 25 Eagles, all calmly hanging out in the trees high above us, barely even bothered that we were there.
