Hard to sum up a trip this stacked, but here are the highlights from our adventure through one of Quebec’s best-kept secrets - the Pontiac region:
 
(1) Wild & Wide Open
The scenery floored us. Rolling valleys, thick forests, and quiet lakes full of life. One morning, we spotted a black bear wandering nearby - just a casual reminder of how wild and abundant this region really is.
 
(2) Whitewater Madness
Rafted CLASS FIVE RAPIDS with the crew at  and had our minds absolutely blown. We had no idea the Ottawa River had world-class whitewater. We wrapped the day with a bonfire, cold drinks, and a feast with the guides. Instant core memory.
 
(3) The Dreamiest Stays
Posted up at  and .domes .  Two stunning lakeside escapes that nailed the balance between design, comfort, and nature. Easily some of the best summer hangs we’ve had in a while.
 
(4) Yaks in Quebec?!
Yep. We visited , an organic yak farm dedicated to regenerative agriculture. Peaceful place, beautiful mission, and yaks with serious personality.
 
(5) Fishing at Bryson Lake Lodge
Spent a quiet morning and evening fishing at  - a lodge nestled in a region that is all pristine wilderness and peaceful waters.
 
(6) Cliffside Thrills
Spent a day at  where we zipped through the trees and tackled the via ferrata beside roaring waterfalls. The park preserves the history of 19th-century log drives - now it’s all about adrenaline and views.
