A walk in the woods to sooth the soul...

So much has been happening in the world, on our tv screens and in our social media spheres over the last few week. It has been a challenge (of course, a very necessary one) to take in, understand and absorb all that we can.

While I am still working it all through, getting outside in nature has always helped me to process, contemplate, and recognize my thoughts, feelings and emotions.
