This year (especially the last few months) has been transformational for me, both personally and in my biz.

I took time to step back, refocus, and realign with what I want — and let me tell you, the clarity it’s brought has been a game-changer. 🤯

To my incredible clients, THANK YOU for trusting me, cheering me on, and allowing me to be part of your journey. You’ve pushed me to grow, inspired me with your passion, and reminded me why I love what I do. Your support means everything and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. 🤍

As I sign off for the holidays, I’m excited to come back in the new year with fresh ideas, renewed purpose, and a drive to create even more impact. 👊🏻

I’m so grateful to have received the Readers Choice Award for the 2nd year in a row 🥂.

This year I received 2 awards for best photographer and best photography services. 🎉

Thank you so much for your votes and your continued support. I truly feel like I have the best clients and communuity cheering me on and I appreciate you all so much. ❤️

I’m still blown away how the decision I made 4 years ago has unfolded.

Deciding to not go back to my corporate career and instead pick up a camera, learn how to use it and start a business with no experience/clue what I was doing. 🤷‍♀️

It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made but it wouldn’t have been possible without all of you. THANK YOU. ❤️

As we close another chapter on another year I wanted to take a moment to thank you. 😘

I still pinch myself that I get to spend my days working with so many talented business owners, being creative and being supported by an amazing community.

It's ok to SLOW DOWN.

We're constantly being told we need to make more, have more, be MORE.

If you're feeling overwhelmed in your business, this is a reminder that it's ok to slow down.

Last year I decided I wanted more space in my weeks. I wanted more time to rest, play or take on exciting projects that came to me without overbooking myself.

So I was intentional with how I planned my work weeks, how I created my offers and what I outsourced.

Now, I don't feel overwhelmed and have the space I desire to do what I want. 🎉 I'm constantly pinching myself at the life I'm creating. It feels so damn good!

Another perk - I'm on track to increase my income from last year and I'm working LESS. 🤯👌🏻

If you're feeling like you want to slow down, look at your business and what you could tweak. Be intentional with your time and what you desire.

It can be scary at first but remember this is your biz and you call the shots 💕

I'm answering some of your questions about brand shoots! 📸

Here are my answers to some of your FAQ's:

1️⃣ How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you decide you'd like to do a brand shoot - reach out! I’m typically booked 1-2 months in advance and after your brand shoot it takes me about 2 weeks to deliver your images. (If you’re in need of a last minute booking reach out however dates may be limited.)

2️⃣ How do I book?

Inquire through my website. We'll chat about your needs, determine the best package for you and confirm a shoot date. Then we'll make it official with a deposit and signed contract.

3️⃣ Are branding shoots tax deductible?

YES!! 👌🏻💸

4️⃣ Do I need to tag you when I post my brand photos?

Nope. Although I ALWAYS appreciate when clients do as it helps others see my work and also helps make sure I see your posts so I can show them some love! 💕

5️⃣ What if I don't like being in front of the camera?

First of all - that’s totally normal! Almost everyone feels that way at first BUT my goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible…..and actually have some fun doing it! I’m your biggest cheerleader and will be there to coach you through EVERYTHING 💕

Seeing the SUN is getting me so excited for outdoor shoots! 📸☀️

Outdoor photoshoots are great because you can get SO much variety. There's so many different types of locations to use and a variety of backgrounds everywhere you turn. 👌🏻

Here are some ideas:

👉🏻 beach
👉🏻 downtown/city
👉🏻 forrest/field
👉🏻 skate park (on my photoshoot bucket list)
👉🏻 Coffee shops/patios
👉🏻 backyard/pool
👉🏻 rooftop parking lot (also on my bucket list 🤞🏻)
