As promised, here’s the second setting for this year’s Ontario Christmas Minis.

This year, we’re changing things up a little by visiting two Christmas tree farms that I’ve never photographed at before, and I’m so excited to see what they have to offer. Each farm has its own charm, so you’ll have two beautiful locations to choose from.

• 20-minute sessions

I realized I’ve had quite a few new faces join this little corner of the internet lately, so I thought it was about time I re-introduced myself.

I’m Chelsea, the person behind Chelsea Demings Photo. 🤍

If you’ve been here for a while, thank you for sticking around. If you’re new, welcome! I’m so happy you’re here.

I grew up in Nova Scotia, and although I’m currently living in Ontario, you’ll usually find me bouncing back and forth between the two. Whether I’m photographing families along the coast in Nova Scotia or chasing golden hour through fields in Ontario, I truly feel lucky that I get to call both places home.

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been the one documenting family moments, and over the years I’ve found myself falling in love with the moments in between. The laughs that weren’t planned. The quiet hugs. The wind in your hair. The way your kids would rather explore than look at the camera.

Give me a beach, a forest trail, a field, a lakeshore, or a mountain overlook, and I’m in my element. I love sessions where we can walk, explore, and let things unfold naturally instead of worrying about perfectly posed smiles. Those are the moments that end up meaning the most.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably out hiking with my miniature dachshund Olive, trying a new coffee shop, planning my next trip between Ontario and Nova Scotia, or making memories with my other half, Brett.

I’m so grateful you’re here, whether you’re following along, cheering me on, or trusting me to document your story. I can’t wait to create more memories together.

I’ll be sharing a little more about how this journey started in my next post, and I can’t wait to share that with you.
