Empty houses have a way of testing your patience and your tripod. This one behaved. Good light, better bones — I'll take that trade every time.

Someone probably learned to ride a bike in front of this house.

Someone watered these flowers every morning before work.
Someone picked that blue front door because it made them smile.

None of those moments show up on an MLS sheet.

That's why I don't photograph houses.
I photograph the reasons someone else might want to call them home.

Some homes photograph like a postcard. This one photographed like it had a personality, red door out front, a roofline that caught the evening light just right, and one very unbothered cat holding down the deck like it's on the lease.

Every home holds evidence of the life it's ready to welcome.

This one made me think about ordinary moments that quietly become the ones we remember. Coffee before the day begins. Conversations that last longer than planned. Watching the seasons change through windows that never ask you to look away.

Photography can capture a room. Storytelling tries to capture the feeling of being there.

Some places leave that feeling with you long after you've packed the camera away.

If you believe every listing has a story worth telling, I'd love to help bring the next one to life.

Every room holds the possibility of an ordinary moment becoming one you'll remember.

A quiet breakfast by the window. Shoes left by the front door after a long day. Fresh flowers on the table for no special reason at all.

Those moments don't appear in a floor plan, but they're often what give a home its character. Capturing a space means looking beyond the walls and noticing what life inside them might feel like.

Somewhere between the stone fireplace and the view that made me forget what I was doing mid-shot, I realized this place had absolutely no interest in being modest about itself.
And honestly? Fair enough.
There's a particular kind of home that doesn't need to announce anything. The rattan light catches the afternoon just so. The lake sits in the window frame like it was commissioned. The wood grain runs in directions that make you stop and just... look.
I didn't style any of that. I just showed up with a camera and tried to keep up.
That's the job, really, not manufacturing magic, but recognizing it fast enough to capture it before the light moves on.
If your listings have that kind of personality and you need someone who won't flatten it into a floor plan, my inbox is open.

The water is the first thing you see when you wake up in this bedroom.
Not through a tiny window. Right there. Like it was always part of the plan.
That screened porch didn't happen by accident either , someone spent real time out there, enough to know exactly where the breeze comes from and what hour the light hits the water just right. The kitchen has chevron tile and wicker barstools and a pothos that's been quietly thriving on the counter for who knows how long. Small things. The kind you only notice when someone takes the time to look.
That's the job, really. Not just showing up with a camera. Paying attention to the parts of a home that make a stranger feel like they've already lived there.
The right buyer for this place isn't searching for waterfront square footage. They already know what they want, they just haven't found it yet.
That's what these photos are for.

Most real estate listings treat “room to roam” like a legal disclaimer, but when I took the drone up for this one, I realized they actually meant it literally. There’s enough lush, green real estate out there to host a full-scale medieval tournament, or at the very least, a highly competitive game of fetch where you completely lose sight of the ball. My goal with this shoot wasn't just to document a house, but to capture the actual texture of a quiet Sunday afternoon—from the way the sharp afternoon light hits that expansive stone facade to the warm, tactile nostalgia written all over the honey-oak kitchen and sun-drenched living room. As a photographer, I don't just shoot floor plans; I capture the emotional weight of a home so your buyers can already feel themselves making coffee in it before they even book a showing. Let's ditch the boring, flat cell phone pictures and start giving your listings the cinematic, story-driven visuals they actually deserve—drop me a DM and let's get your next property looking this good.
