More and more little baby geese have been popping up by the river lately so since the weather was halfway decent, I decided to stop for a moment and snap a really wholesome moment between some of them on the way home today.

Life often has a funny way of changing everything you thought you knew about everything. It's not just COVID-19, either; no, I've been blessed with a wonderful baby girl as well as differences in my personal and family life. This year has been incredibly eventful.
That said, I hope everyone is doing what they can to stay safe and sane in these trying times.

"Miscast": Some say that one photo is worth a million words and that every picture tells a story. I mean, this one is probably pretty obvious but I feel the Devil is in the details, here. This could be a story all about a father and son, the latter learning how to cast off; this could also be a story all about a drunken night out with friends that they will never forget. No way to know for sure. What I do know is that this was pretty as hell and I'm glad I could capture it.
