MacLaren's Passport Photos will be closed Good Friday and Easter Monday. We will reopen for business on Tuesday April 3rd at 8:30 am. Passport Canada is closed Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Beware of phony websites. As of today, you can not apply online for a Canadian Passport. You can download a .pdf application file, fill it out and print it. You can then either mail that form or bring it to the Passport Office at 100 Ouellette Ave.

You can also pick up printed forms at any Post Office, Service Canada location or at Passport Canada.

MacLaren's Passport Photos also has applications available in the lobby of the 100 Ouellette building for your convenience.

A former employee of Passport Online and Pardons and Waivers of Canada tells CBC News the companies train workers to get as much money as possible from Canadians who could get the same services from the government for free.
