I do not dream of working, but sometimes in my nightmares I can’t escape the pressure of performing a role that we made up to serve the system’s purpose rather than our natural disposition. Extracting the human from nature brings detriment to life.

Sad Businessman feels the total weight of this system we call capitalism. Born to live but dies working while the natural world continues on fighting for its own survival, taking or leaving the Sad Businessman behind.

I couldn’t have imagined working on this concept with anyone else but J. From inception, we both connected so deeply to the weight and burden of what it means to be living under a capitalist system. Our mutual love for art and creative expression allowed us to delve into this concept with honesty, compassion, and care. We aim to remind and emphasize the importance of coming home to nature, and nurturing the environment that is meant to sustain and take care of us.

Wow, it feels surreal releasing my website today. I have had this as a work in progress in my head for so long.

I’ve held off from posting it in the past as it never felt complete. I’m finally posting now as I’ve embraced that as a growing business my philosophy is grounded in being a work in progress. I’m proud of my art and what I have to offer, and feel blessed to share that with all of you.

I appreciate all of your support for my work throughout the years as acp_images, and am hopeful that you will continue to under my new name Incline Photography ✨ (same me just new name hehe)
