Today I filled in the final missing park in the Riverview / River-Osborne area, the Donald Riverbank. This long trail is part of the South Winnipeg Parkway, connecting the southeast River Heights area to Downtown. It runs east of the railroad tracks near Donald Ave, along the west shore of the Red River.

Today we finish up the Crescent Park area with Kebir Place Playground. Found along the west side of South Dr, just across from the Crescent Drive Golf Course, this park features a playground and a fairly large open area.

Continuing to fill out the smaller playgrounds in the Crescent Park area, today's spotlight is on Fletcher Arms Park. This playground is nestled in behind a residential area off the back lane of Pembina Hwy, just north of Fletcher Cres.

A new bundle of jigsaw puzzles has been added to Peg City Parks Jigsaw, using photos from all around Assiniboine Park!

This batch features photos from the outdoor Leaf Gardens, the Riley Duck Pond, the Pavillion, the English Gardens, the Children's Garden, and more... Give them all a try - there's no telling what else each puzzle might unlock. 🧩

Today's spotlight takes us into the Linden Woods area with Kaitlyn Lawes Park! This greenspace features a pond and fountain, located along the east side of Lindenwood Dr W. This park was recently renamed in honor of the 2014 Olympic gold medal curling team.

We've had some great weather for visiting parks through the first half of August! After finishing up photographing at Maple Grove Park, I've been able to get out to plenty of new parks throughout East Kildonan.
