This is absolutely my favourite team of all the teams she’s played on. These are my 15 other “daughters” and this is their last regular season game of ‘22-23. I had hoped to attend at least one game on the road at each different university they played at, but unfortunately it’s just gotten too expensive. So, this one is going to be pretty special. I get nervous for each of you before every game, those same nerves I got playing my crappy sports 😝 Every win makes me prouder, every loss burns just as much. More tape makes me worry. Coughs make me worry. Every ace, every block, every dig, every kill, I cheer loudly inside. If you come off the bench, I know you’re coming in cold, feel the nerves and hope you’ll get a touch and make a play. The camera helps to cover the sailor talk on the “wrong” calls 😉 but it gets me much closer than most and I feel the emotion in every play. Thank you for the past season. I’ve looked forward to every Friday and Saturday. Let’s see what playoffs brings, but I’m already looking forward to the fall to do it all over again for the home games ❤️
