An excellent Islendingadagurinn. My Aunt and cousins I haven't seen since I moved away from Iceland when I was 9 came for a visit. They were of course convinced to sit for a cabin portrait.

A big part of summer life in Manitoba is the cabin out by the lake. My dad has one these out in Gimli manitoba. Like everybody else our family is out at the cabin whenever we can in the summer.
Like most old cabins my dads is painted in some funky colors and is packed with colorful old furniture. There is one corner with a gorgeous old leather chair and very nice natural light. I've picked it a place to document every person coming through the cabin who I can get to sit in that chair.
