2026/03/22 — Last month I had the pleasure of shooting the PWHL Takeover Tour here at home in Winnipeg, MB at Canada Life Centre.

What an electric atmosphere—over 15,000 fans showed up, completely selling out the building. The fans were loud, the chants were unreal, and we even got treated to overtime after a tight game, with Ottawa taking the win.

So stoked to have had the opportunity to shoot for , and even more pumped with how big Winnipeg showed up. Here’s to hoping we get a team of our own someday soon! 👏🏼

2026/02/12 - A few times every year, we get graced with hoarfrost, and today I woke up to one of the thickest layers I’ve ever seen. Hoarfrost is a natural phenomenon that occurs when water vapour deposits directly as ice crystals on freezing-cold surfaces, skipping the liquid phase entirely. To me, it kinda looks like everything grows a thick layer of white hair.

I’ve realized my favourite part of any shoot, are the moments before, in between, and after the main event.

Quiet routines, brief pauses, reflections in the margins. These moments feel like the foundation the spectacle is built on — calm bits amongst an otherwise chaotic day.
