Had a blast providing event coverage for a dream princess birthday party featuring the amazing princesses from Little Princess Parties.

Watching the little kids' faces light up when they saw their favourite princesses was magical.

My client is into Gothic styling and wanted someone to capture her prom pics with the feel she wanted. Her attention to detail with her wardrobe and makeup/accessories/hair was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed capturing this special moment for her.

From her mom: "You went over and beyond ... We both really appreciated it. It was so great meeting, and thank you for helping make the day extra special. My daughter was so happy afterward, and you helped make her feel like a beautiful princess."

It's not everyday that someone as incredible as Harriet Burdett-Moulton walks into your studio for professional headshots. In March Harriet approached me to take her photo for submission to Memorial University where she was to receive an honorary doctorate in this spring's convocation. To say I was honoured (and a little nervous) is a bit of an understatement! If you don't know who Harriet is, do a quick google search - an amazing woman!

Harriet was an absolute joy to photograph and to hang out with for the shoot. Such a humble and down-to-earth person.

Harriet received a degree of doctor of laws "honoris causa" In Cornerbrook at the Memorial University Spring Convocation last Thursday (May 16 ,2024).

Terri and I were bantering back and forth during a previous shoot about riding ba****ck and she said that she would love to someday do a 'ba****ck shoot'—literally 'bare-back.' Well, fast forward a couple of years, and voila! Her 'Ba****ck Bo***ir' session!

Terri called it the "Not your average grandmother" shoot 😃.

With this whacky winter weather is anyone else thinking about warmer days?

Kelcie and Deanna took advantage of a beautiful evening last October to do a combined family shoot at beautiful Grand Pre to update their family pics. The shoot was complete with dogs but no alpacas this time - yes, an alpaca was involved in the last family shoot 😎.

Can't wait 'til spring to start shooting in warmer weather again, but wouldn't a family shoot in the snow be awesome?

Avery used her 2022 Christmas gift certificate to book an October shoot with her horse Ember (with Ben being a great assistant - even stepping in front of the lens at the end).

It was soooo hard to choose only a few images to post from this shoot.
