Hello I’m Veronica Hopkins(owner of Veronica Hopkins Photography), a mother of two, to both a daughter and a son. I know how important it is for me to get those childhood moments. All I wanted was to be able to capture my children so that the photographs will be treasured for years to come. This is where my photography started. I spent so much time learning the aspects of photography and practicin

g but wasn't until the birth of my daughter. It was then I truly began thinking and learning to be a photographer. When I first started it was about a technically well produced photograph to now being more about capturing their character, beauty and charm. I am a wife to a supportive husband and I’m lucky to have such amazing supportive people in my life. I wouldn’t b e where I am today if it wasn't for them. I’m going to finishing this by saying that quote I hear some people use
“After trying on many hats over the years”
That’s me, I tried many things but nothing came remotely close to lighting my fire as photography does. And that’s the end. I cannot wait to share with you my learning progress, and share with you all my photograph of tomorrow.

NEW logo, new camera..looking at having some fun with photography again but you must know Motherhood and Photography go hand-in-hand for me. I learned photography because I wanted my children to know that they belong to moments of beauty and light so you may see more images here of my children. But follow along for the ride.

I am not a huge planner. I prefer to see what the moment gives me and make the most of it. Photo sessions with me tend to be very laid back. I am completely unphased by rowdy children, bad weather, and wardrobe malfunctions. But a big part of my work does include photoshop to clean up acne, muddy knees, unsightly environmental distractions (like garbage). If this interests you, please contact me!

Booked full for weddings in 2016. Just booked my last one.. I wont be taking on any more. Prices for 2017 are gonna be changing, I'll be posting up dates on pricing changes in the new year!
