Dear friends and followers

After my Facebook business manager account had been hacked, they now finally restored my official and initially verified Photography Business page to me.

It seems that Facebook is increasingly losing control over their own systems, granting hackers access through known backdoors they’re incapable or not willing to close, and not providing any instant service support to paying customer. It took several weeks and countless attempts to gain back control, and one cannot be sure that the systems are secure now.

Anyway, I’m back now and happy to provide you with updates from my creative work in the past few months. Corona has us firmly in its grip but the pandemic also offers opportunities for creative initiatives and new perspectives on the world.

With this in mind, I hope that you and your loved ones are all well and I wish you a happy Advent season!

Newly weds are usually happy. They're happy because they have found the love of their life. But Petra and Matthias have been partictularly happy: they got married on a wonderful summer evening in the magic Villa Villette at the scenic Lake Zug. And - they got married during the longest Lunar Eclipse of the Century. Reason enough to jump in the lake...

What you can't see on the photos are the roughly hundred curious watchers behind me that got to the lake initially to witness the lunar eclipse. They have welcomed the fully dressed wedding couple in the lake to shorten their time waiting for the moon.

I had a wonderful early morning shoot with Marine LELEU in Paris last weekend. It was the most beautiful and clear morning of the week and like last time, we had great fun again. Merci, Marine et à la prochaine! ;)

Astana is a great place and the Expo is impressive, I highly recommend the visit! The Expo is on until September 10th 2017.
