Happy New Year to all my clients, friends and followers ❤️ wishing everyone a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year. After a heavy cold and a bout of Covid the first week of January (and a wonderful fun-filled Xmas with lots of get-togethers which probably led to being ill), I am ready to start 2024! Spent a lovely spa day in Morschach recently which is where this snowy image was taken and hoping for more snow this season 🙏 looking forward to photographing an event tonight and having time soon I hope to think about what I want to do more of this year. 2024 - let’s do this ❤️

Happy Valentine‘s / Galantine’s Day! Every day should be a day we celebrate love of all kinds ❤️ I spent the day with my two teens in Barcelona and as its the last day of out holidays, we all got a little pampering - especially after logging nearly 106,000 steps in 6 days! Hope you too spent some time with people you love today 🥰

I am not really sure where January went but here we are at the end of the first month of the year. Some days were more successful than others and then some days never went to plan - but this is the norm when there are teenagers in the house ... sometimes I focused on the bigger picture and sometimes on the details. We are all so used to working flexibly now, changing plans and events at a moments notice and rescheduling shoots and appointments. There have been some great lessons over the last few years and one of them I’ve taken away with me is to get used to living with constant change. This year I feel changes are afoot as I decide which direction I want to go in, what I want to do more of and how I want to spend my time. More soon :)

My last tip for this week is a place I’ve visited several times the last few years - Illuminarium] . Free entry, several food stands and indoor / outdoor bars, along with different light shows throughout the day/evening - Illuminarium] is well worth a visit! Enjoy!

Have loved visiting Zurich the last few weeks and enjoyed the run-up to Christmas. The will be back next year now but the lights all around the Bahnhofstrasse can still be seen until the 6th Jan.Highly recommend a visit!

Another burlesque image with those large beautiful fans I mentioned - so many things you can do with these fluffy feathers but mostly fun to play peek-a-boo in them and hide 😉

Photographed this fabulous woman at her studio in Zurich a few weeks ago - if you are looking to try out a burlesque weekend workshop or a weekly course then look no further than this wonderful school in Zurich. Great for parties and hen nights too 😉 I can highly recommend the large fan classes to get those arms and shoulders working or the chair workshop to work those kegs and abs. What I love about burlesque is how body positive it is and how warm and welcoming all the girls are - doesn’t matter what size you are nor whether you have any previous dance experience, get your stockings, frilly shorts and a bodice on and do it!
