My personal favorite 💙
From the series Silent Place created in 2021, Blind Dance is a haunting contemporary photograph that captures movement in its most fragile and uncertain form. The image is filled with tension, a body in motion, yet suspended in an undefined space.

The viewer can almost feel the gesture unfolding, but the question remains: where is this movement leading? The dance becomes blind, instinctive, as if performed in darkness or beneath the surface of water. There is a sensation of searching, of reaching out for air, for direction, for escape.

Underwater, time stretches and urgency intensifies. The image evokes a moment of emergency, not loud or dramatic, but internal, silent, and deeply human. It reflects the struggle of navigating the unknown, when vision fails and only sensation remains.

Blind Dance invites the viewer into this suspended moment, where motion becomes survival, and the body speaks what words cannot: the need to find a way through.

Premier Pas is part of the series Souffle d’Or, which continues the journey begun in Silent Place. While Silent Place explored darkness and melancholy, Souffle d’Or opens onto a new light, a sense of renewal, of inner rebirth.

Premier Pas is the inaugural image, where everything begins. It captures a movement that announces what is yet to come. The intentional blur suggests a desire to continue revealing, to search further, to see more clearly what lies beyond the immediate appearance. The organic texture brings a tactile quality, as if one could reach out and feel this delicate scene, sensing the movement within. The gold tones, warm and luminous, transform this vulnerability into radiant beauty, giving the image a poetic and glowing aura.

For the viewer, Premier Pas becomes an intimate experience: they witness the birth of a gesture, the passage from silence to awakening. The image invites contemplation and patience.
