On this shoot I forgot I wanted to combine more photo and video to create cinematography, next time I will try to get some more material to do so because I love this.

Same location, same time, two different moods. Using those to understand how playing with my settings in Photoshop affects colours without preset etc.

So last minute decision, I went this morning for a sunrise shoot try. Definitively the most difficult I had to do. Such a short time and so little light. I'm surprise I have at least one picture that """"worked"""" 🤣
Anyway, I'll try again another time with more preparation. Maybe I have two more to show, maybe not. But I'm in love with the sunset/rise light. Those are so inspiring 😍

This time my best friend and housemate joined me for selportrait exercise. I really miss fantasy or fantastic shoots, or just shooting 🤣

I still don't get the look I want but I will keep trying 💪 (I probably have no not be on the picture)

Those are being way much more useful than I taught.
I made a huge Frankenstein with three or four pictures. One leg here, frame cropped too close, chop chop...
Learning also a lot about the light exposure and mistakes I'm making a lot. Also, this one have been a pain in the.. for skin match colours. Thanks to photographers friends who pointed out and gave me advices, I went to see how to correct it. Still not perfect at all, at least it's funny way to learn ☺️

Don't worry, cosplay will be back but for now, I work with what I can aka, my own face... I started with a badly cropped picture and tried to reconstruct it with other pieces. First orange and teal mood try. All the pictures I took after those have a complete different mood 😅.
If there is any advice, comment or tip, they are welcome! I use those as exercise.
I'm currently really struggling with the focus when working alone. I use a stick, make my focus on it, remove, put a timer, run, wait, try again. With no remote and having to run, the framing is usually not good 🤔 (my camera can't be connected to a phone, it's too old)

Tried a new kind of exercise: self portrait
This is for me a whole new world, not same way to think or to work. Focus is so hard to manage and of course, dealing with your own apparence make it even more difficult.

I working on few ideas with my housemate so I can keep working on ideas while lockdown is on so keep tuned 👍🔥💪

We are almost in 2020 and... I found my very very first attempt of "photoshoot".
I was using my mom old compact camera and I had absolutly NO idea about how to use it, even less about manual control (hello ISO) and retouching. I just... tried
One year ago, my friend Staya Cosplay agreed to pose for me with in her amazing Merida cosplay and I started again photography. I had few classes during my bachelor but I more or less had to start from scratch all over.
So, a huge thanks to my cobaya model for working with me and to my photographers friends who helped me so much giving advice and opinion so I could improve technic and eye
