Five months on and still blood spills out of my phone every morning. And still we fill the streets to get our voices heard on the weekends, knowing that they probably won't be. Yet these collective shows of solidarity give me strength to persist, hope for what's to come and courage to find my role in all of this.

The bombs keep dropping on Gaza and we keep taking to the streets to demand Switzerland to take a stance against genocide and for an immediate ceasefire. organized a website (swissactionforhumanrights.org) where the email addresses of members of the Foreign Affairs Committee are provided togheter with an adjustable template text demanding a ceasefire and for humanitarian aid to be allowed into the Gaza strip. No more Swiss complicity in war crimes!

Genocide is still happening right now, so again the people in Zürich take to the streets to stand in solidarity, to demand a Ceasefire and a a free Palestine!
Let's not became accostumed and desesetised to the suffering we see: our empathy, awareness, continued partecipation and action are vital!

The Bundesplatz in Bern became a sea of umbrellas. Even with the rain, the square was full of people calling loudly for a ceasefire and a liberated Palestine.

28 October 2023 - Zürich marches in solidarity!

A collection of the signs and slogans being paraded.

The Palestinian flag was flying high everywhere as the crowd kept energetically shouting with full lungs "free free Palestine!". A powerful moment of collective action and emotional connection.

What a magical place. Sunrise at 3am after it was never dark, a lake so still it becomes a perfect mirror, the symphony of the birds as the only sound and mist forming in the distance.
