Colorful Switzerland 🌈
While promoting our film "Unseen Olympiad" ( ) in Switzerland recently, we did some sightseeing throughout Montreaux, Lausanne, and Gruyeres.
Switzerland was generally what I expected it to be, scenic, expensive, and even in the large cities very clean. What I didn't know before visiting was that potable (drinkable, safe, and delicious!) water was everywhere. In every city, and on the cycling and hiking trails in between, you can find one of these beautifully designed fountains providing free water for everybody.
As much as I have missed home in New Orleans, I definitely didn't miss constant boil water advisories and lead heavy tap water at exorbitant rates 🫥.
The food in EU and UK ain't nothing to write home about though, so I'll compromise on my water quality for some solid cooking for now 😅.
