The urge to keep that landscape, that face, that moment recorded forever, is something that comes from within my body as a need as deep as breathing for me.

The world is filled with wonderful and breathtaking locations. Some will be harder, some will be easier to reach, some will take your breath away, some will make you smile and some will make you cry, but all of them will stay forever in your memory.

Scrolling around some shots i've made over the last years, i decided to post this shot from the Chilean Patagonia, Torres del Paine. It is indeed a special place, and a really iconic image from one the Earth's magical places, but what drove my impulse on sharing this here was actually the feeling and the memory around the moment experienced when i got to this remote location for the first time.

Resilience and curiosity are two of the feelings that drive my will to explore the world, and see the wonders Nature has created in our planet with my own eyes. I cannot explain in words this reaction happening in my body and mind when i witness first hand such unreal images in front of me, after having made, sometimes days, of traveling, with real physical and emotional effort to reach it.

Just remember, sometimes, all you need to do is go.

I've been travelling to China now for more than 10 years. Ningbo City, as well as Shanghai, have always welcomed me with such vibe and care. It's been my base in China most of the years. It's a vibrant city, a little Shanghai as the locals call it. Great food, great people, great history and with lots of connections to everywhere you want to go in China and home of one of the biggest trading ports in the world!
Once again, it is here, waiting for me, welcoming me, and offering me everything good about China and its people. Thank you so much Ningbo!

Last year was my first time in Azores. This was on my bucket list for quite some time, and even though it is as far away as a 2h flight from my home city it had always been delayed on my traveling. I guess you always leave those things you think you can easily do for last right? Wrong...take the chance when you get it becouse you never know what comes tomorrow, life is way to short and nothing is for granted, take it, enjoy it, and live it!

I'm so glad i did this, one of my dearest friends just gave me that final push, and that's all it takes really... Azores is a gem, a diamond, an Atlantic ocean marvel just waiting to be discovered, one of those places on Earth you think its taken out of the dinosaur age.

These are some of my favourite shots, taken on three of islands of this archipelago, S.Miguel, Flores and beautiful, marvelous Corvo Island.
