One of my favorite proposals I’ve ever documented 💍

Ben reached out a month in advance to plan everything together — from the first idea to all the little details. This time, I wasn’t just the photographer, but also a small part of the planning process 🤍

He told me she loves peonies, so we made sure to have them ready — paired with roses scattered across the floor and a room filled with balloons, slowly turning the space into something that felt just like her.

Their story makes it even more special —
they met 10 years ago at a summer camp in Shanghai,
and a decade later, came back to the same city for this moment.

A true full circle ✨

What made it even more emotional — both families flew in from different parts of the world to witness it together.
Love really travels across time and distance.

Happy Year of the Horse 🐎🧧
Can’t believe it’s already the last day of CNY 2026.

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of being the official photographer documenting one of the historic old towns in Shanghai.

Shanghai isn’t only about skylines and modern energy — it’s also home to beautifully preserved architecture and timeless cultural traditions.

2025 was such a fruitful year. ✨

From witnessing so many beautiful family moments —
families traveling all the way from around the world to Shanghai, to proposals that happened here in this city,
to American students graduating in China…

I also got the chance to fly to the U.S. to photograph one of my good friend’s weddings — a full-circle moment I’ll always cherish. 🤍

Beyond photography, 2025 was also the year I slowly brought video production back into my work — what I originally started with, and a passion I’m so glad I picked up again.

Looking ahead to 2026,
I can’t wait to meet more people around the world
and continue capturing and recording stories worth remembering ❤️🙌
