A couple of nights ago, when Spain were knocking out France, I was up in a hide at Wildlife Photography Hides with some baby barn owls who were just fledging. Two of the three left the nest for the first time that night but the one left just wouldn't budge. It was a lot of fun watching them... the 2 outside the nest could fly well but their balance on landing was all over the place
