Maya Reef (Maja Vujosevic) is a young artist of photography. Maya’s portfolio is characterized by the spontaneity of the situations she depicts, by portraits that are never still but rather moving and often unexpected to the photographed ones, and by a peculiar warmth that is actually nothing but her own transferred onto the photographs. In 2010, she begins exploring with a camera along the sunny

island of Cyprus, sharing her work with friends and in galleries. Upon leaving for a long-term travel in Asia, Maya develops a singular synergy between the places she traveled, photography and her own experience as a photographer that is in reaction to its surroundings. Since 2012, she created a wide collection of photographs that each hold a unique moment, a true story. Maya’s photography is about cultural diversity, freedom of expressing one true identity, contrasts of the world and more generally about people, nature, what is extra-ordinary. Maya is still travelling and exploring the answers to the questions her work challenges.

We wish you a merry XMas 🥰🥰🥰
Stayed in a village where kids don't watch TV, don't have phones, internet, online games... They all play together, take care of each other and they seem very happy to me.
I asked if I could make some photos while they were playing volleyball, without them paying much attention on me. 😀 Of course they agreed and they even asked me if they could sing some Xmas songs for me before leaving.🤶🌴☀️

Dear world 😍
I wrote a book — “Practical Yoga Journey: Theory Rooted in Practice.” ✨🕉️💛
- On the 3rd of December this year, in Belgrade, I organized an event where I presented my documentary “Yogic Path: Life with my Teacher.”
It was created from my personal collection of photos and videos from India (2011–2020), followed by my live storytelling.
The documentary was the introduction to my book, which I revealed at the end as a surprise to everyone. 💎
✨I’m deeply grateful for the vision that came to me this year, especially because I never believed I would write a book.
But I did it.💖🤩
I followed my vision and started creating quietly, without telling anyone what I was working on.
This book is not just a digital product; it’s born from lived, authentic experience - shaped with dedication, patience, and, of course, Love.🥰
There was so much to do: going through my scripts and notes, reading and researching, selecting and editing photos, designing, refining…
Doing something so big for the first time was challenging.
Life kept throwing things at me. Some days felt truly tough.
But I kept choosing to return to peace, to my heart and to myself.
When you create from the heart, your inner vision becomes your strength.❤️‍🔥

A little about the book:
✨It’s an English-language eBook - a practical, grounded guide inspired by real practice and real experience.
✨It offers simple explanations, clear steps, and insights that come directly from years of learning and living yoga.
✨This book is deeply inspired by the knowledge and teachings of my Yoga Teacher Acharya Unniraman, and I am endlessly grateful for his guidance on my path. 🙏
