It takes a lot of effort, a bit of weather forecasting luck, and a crew that can go at the drop of a hat to make these projects come to life.

I had the pleasure of working with Millie Jo Paini and Karlie Roland this past year on the famed Henry’s Fork River in Idaho for Patagonia / Patagonia Fly Fish. It’s always fun shooting with friends at a location that is near and dear to my heart.

Big thanks to TroutHunter Lodge in Island Park, Idaho, for the continued support.

This summer, we had an enjoyable shoot for Robb Report with a local fly rod manufacturer, Tom Morgan Rodsmiths. It was amazing to see the process of how these fine fly rods are made. From start to finish, the attention to finite detail was nothing short of astonishing. If you find yourself in the Bozeman, Montana area, stop by their shop, it’s worth the visit. See all this and more in the August 2021 issue.
