She does love chasing and trying to eat the frothy water though.

My final resting stop on my motorbike trip around Ha Giang province was what i thought on arrival to be a very quiet hamlet. After resting my sore ass from the bumpy terain on my journey through the mountains and valleys of this region i grabbed some food and got my head down in the first hostel i came accross.

The next morning i woke up to go for a walk to find some breakfast only to find the village exploding with locals for the weekly market. An unbelievable sight of hustle and bustle from everyone from the surrounding villages and something i will never forget.

During my short time here i met an absolutely admirable lady from southern vietnam who was on her yearly visit to the region to give out food, stationary and clothing to the poorest villages highest up in the mountains. Showing me heartwrenching pictures and telling me stories of how life in these areas are.
