The news of Bruno Kramm’s passing feels like losing a close friend from my teenage years.

Das Ich was a profound inspiration to me, shaping my aesthetic taste and artistic vision in ways I can’t fully express.

Though I only spoke to Bruno a few times, his kindness, approachability, and genuine connection with fans and the press were rare qualities in an artist.

Hearing of his departure leaves a deep sadness in my heart, knowing the world will no longer witness his beautiful and macabre creativity. But I find solace in the fact that I was able to experience his art live, to photograph him, and to share the same era as this incredible soul.

His legacy will live on forever in the music, the memories, and the hearts of those he touched.

Rest in power, Bruno. Your art is eternal.

To his family and friends: May you find strength and peace in this difficult time. You are in my thoughts.
