For the production of the exterior signage of we teamed up with the talented metalworkers at . The illuminated sign lights up the night, while the shape above the door frames the history of the space—preserving traces of the old vintage Eckkneipe Schultheiss sign and layers of graffiti it blends the past and the present.

Some shots from inside ! The bar’s identity centers around an ornamental yet playful and slightly quirky logo, paired with a set of shapes and funky border styles that appear throughout the space. Taking inspiration from vintage wallpaper borders and wooden decor elements, the design embraces a nostalgic yet fresh aesthetic.

With a commitment to sustainability, many of the materials used in the bar have been recycled—featuring secondhand gems sourced from across Europe and brought to life with the craftsmanship of many helping hands. Ringbar is your new neighborhood spot for great cocktails and delicious handmade tacos!

Happy to finally share some bits of our work for . For the bar identity we developed at the end of last year, we designed an ornamental yet playful and slightly quirky logo. Paired with a set of shapes and funky border styles, the identity leaves room for interpretation and experimentation—both in the space and on your plate. From handmade tacos to cheesy Sunday fondue, pop-up fusion kitchens, live music, a gallery space, and a variety of community events, Ringbar is undoubtedly our favorite neighborhood bar.
Here’s a glimpse at some of the printed material: menu templates for their changing menu, coasters, and a stamp for vouchers and cups.

Stay tuned for the full case study!

A glimpse of the exterior media for 💚 I LOVE CHALETS 💚, an ongoing exhibition curated by ARCHITECTURE OFFICE () in collaboration with ZAZ BELLERIVE ().
Architecture Office, led by Nicole McIntosh (.mcintosh) and Jonathan Louie (), is a Swiss-American practice based in Zurich.
💚 I LOVE CHALETS 💚 explores the transformations of the Swiss chalet typology, which has traveled across centuries through media—from memories and sketches to today’s digital photography. The exhibition not only documents these changes but also highlights how new visual technologies and design methods reshape our perception of the chalet today.
For the graphic elements, we revisited the custom blackletter font we originally designed in 2018 for the Swissness Applied exhibition. Inspired by the playful title, we introduced vibrant colors and a heart motif, which evolved from a banner abbreviation into a recurring pattern across the media.
