Ich habe den Bol Vlip Sitzball von jetzt seit ein paar Wochen im Arbeitsalltag getestet - vor allem bei langen Retusche-Sessions am PC.

Was ich wirklich merke: Meine Haltung ist automatisch gerader, ganz ohne bewusst daran zu denken.
Auch meine Steißbein-Schmerzen von der Schwangerschaft sind deutlich besser geworden, weil ich nicht mehr direkt darauf sitze.

Gerade in der Schwangerschaft ist er für mich ein richtig guter Begleiter, weil ich damit auch super meine Übungen zwischendurch machen kann, ohne extra Setup.

Nicht nur das Design überzeugt, sondern es ist auch eine sinnvolle Lösung für lange Tage im Büro.
