For me photography is a wonderful medium, taking a journey to all the magnificent places of our planet without leaving home. Growing up in a small village in the southwest of Germany, photography was just what I needed to start my discovery until I had the chance to travel the world by myself. During a student exchange program in the United States I was given the unique opportunity to experience a

foreign place for an extended period of time. Since I wanted my friends and family to be part of my discoveries, I started taking pictures more consciously. From this time on I have always tried to capture a better picture than the one before and developed my passion for photography, which today is stronger than ever. Also did my adventure to the United States trigger my passion for traveling the world and discovering its magnificence. I wanted to capture my own impression of these places, I used to look at in photo books and share them with my friends and family. Over the past couple years I have seized every chance for a new discovery - from the vibrant life of Vietnam's capital Hanoi, over monumental canyons of America's national parks to the pure wilderness of South Africa's Savannah. All places I have seen so far made me realize more and more how beautiful our planet is. And it does not matter if it is a crowded city or a remote country site. Every spot has its uniqueness and therefore its own beauty, which makes it worth discovering. This experience and my passion for photography influenced my intention to create this website and share my photographs with you, so that you can come along and discover the world with me.
