Sometimes I laugh when I see so many synchronicities.

Need a simple example?
You just need a shopping cart and you don’t have a chip.
Instead, you always get one.

One day you didn’t get one.
You go back to your car to take a chip.
A grandpa is stopping by to give the shopping cart to you.

BAM!🌟
Here it is, your free shopping cart, without to take a chip.

Why you should want this?
Because you feel EASE.

EASE for yourself.
For the world.
For the moments.

When you can’t see light in the dark.

You will get help, no matter what.
As long as you know what you want.

How should others know this?

It was always on my website.

Why does it hit so hard?
Because I lost myself always to do something.
�Creating something for the world.

But deep in my heart,

I knew it for sure.

That I can’t leave myself behind.

So before you give energy.
Remember this: take it to YOU.

Say „I love you“ to yourself.
With many different actions.

Self-care.
Own Boundaries.
Be brave to embody yourself.

Ask yourself:

→ What TAKES you energy?
�→ What GIVES you energy?

It’s always a reminder for myself too.
