🇩🇪 Bastei Bridge - A medieval structure that was a castle in some point of its life. Surrounded by Rocky Mountains and not too hard to climb, definitely worth checking out!

[012/100] 🇨🇿 Pravcicka Brana - the largest sandstone arch in the world. This is where they filmed a scene from the Narnia movies. Unfortunately you can’t climb and walk on the top anymore but in doing so it won’t be collapsing anytime soon!

[011/100] 🇨🇿 State castle and chateau Cesky Krumlov - on top of the hill is a magnificent castle overlooking the village with some cool architecture. If you’re lucky you might been spot the bears protecting it 🐻

[010/100] 🇨🇿 Cesky Krumlov - a magical picturesque village less than three hours from Prague. It’s got a lovely fairytale charm where everywhere you walk feels like something from a Disney movie. Scenic viewpoints and lovely chance to try some Bohemian cuisine.

[009/100] 🇩🇪 Reichstag - Also one of the main parliamentary buildings with a lot of thought going through the redesign. The audio guide was super informative and provides a great insight in Germany’s modern history. The modern architecture is a looker too combined within the confines of something less modern.

[008/100] 🇬🇧 Verulamium Museum - a really cool place for a slice of Roman ruins within the UK. It’s surprising with some of the history that you learn and the amazing mosaics they used to use. Definitely worth checking out if you’re around the St Albans City area!

[007/100] 🇬🇧 National History Museum - one of the most stunning museum architecture I’ve been and a place where you could always learn something new every visit. The whale skeleton is the biggest highlight but the mechatronic T-Rex was quite cool too! 🦖

[006/100] 🇬🇧 Churchill War Rooms - a very interesting museum if you’re fascinated about World War Two history. It also walks through Churchill’s life but more importantly gives you an insight of the bunker life that people used to live in. I love how the day calendar is frozen on the day when WW2 ended and the use of please on the signs. Just makes it that much more authentic.

[005/100] 🇬🇧 Hill Garden and Pergola - a super interesting park where you could see that it was designed for fancy people but didn’t have the luxury of ongoing maintenance. It’s still a super cool place to explore and visit if you’re up north as it has some nice gardens and interesting architectural delights! 🏰

[004/100] 🇧🇪 Brussels - a city where it doesn’t take itself too seriously evidenced by the legendary Mannekin P*s. 😆
Also famous for the kings gallery shops where you’re sure to find the best Belgium chocolate brands too. I just enjoyed wandering around Belgium streets. They are also home to the square Brussels waffle which is light and crispy 😋

[003/100] 🇧🇪 Bruges - one of my favourite cities in Belgium with a picturesque old town everywhere. It’s as though history didn’t get to lay a finger on it! You see old horse drawn carriages - it’s as though you’ve been transported to another world. 🌍
I loved walking through the medieval streets and visiting a very impressive chocolate shop. 🍫
You owe it to yourself to visit here if only for a day trip. 😁
