Are you an artist who works with jewelry ,loves recycling and upcycling materials or loves to meet new people? CANELA Art Studio is opening its doors during Munich Jewelry Week (March 3–8, 2026), and we want to collaborate with creative minds like you.

This is your chance to showcase your work, connect with visitors, and be part of our “Re-Imagine” project, where we explore sustainable art and creativity.

BE STRONG , BE SAFE
As part of the studio’s February LOVE Program, I am excited to invite the children to a Self-Defense Workshop taking place at the studio. Very likely the kids might have other activities on Friday’s but this ONE DAY workshop is a good opportunity for them.

Through movement, awareness, and playful learning, we support children in building inner strength, confidence, and a clear sense of self.
During this 3-hour workshop, guided by experienced trainers, children will learn:
* how to recognise unsafe situations
* how to set boundaries and trust their instincts
* basic self-defence and self-protection strategies
* teamwork, confidence, and respectful communication
The focus is not fear, but empowerment, clarity, and self-confidence.

This gathering is for international expecting moms in Munich a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with other moms, share experiences, and start building your support system before the baby arrives.

We know pregnancy can be exhausting, and sometimes all you need is a calm place to take a breather, chat with other moms, and feel understood. Adela and I, both moms ourselves, and we know things can be sometimes overwhelming we will make sure you feel comfortable.

No special skills or creative experience required just come as you are! The creative actives are just for you to relax and enjoy, they are not a must.Snacks and drinks will be ready while we relax and enjoy each other’s company.

“Pantone & Fabric” is a one-day immersive art camp where children explore the world of color through fabric and paint. Inspired by the idea that color can be felt as much as it can be seen, the workshop invites kids to think like designers.Matching, mixing, and translating colors across different materials.

Through this playful exchange between fabric and paint, kids learn about warm and cool tones, palette creation, texture, layering, and visual balance.
Learning Goals:
* Understand and identify warm vs. cool colors.
* Build personalized color palettes from images or fabric.
* Translate color and texture between materials.
* Strengthen observation, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

WHO WE ARE?

MAYRA was born In Mexico, she founded and directs Canela art studio since 2015. As a professional visual artist & Photographer with a solid background in education Mayra designed an educational program for children based in the power of observation through the combination of different art media. The combination of both professions makes her enjoy the adrenaline of new projects, where creativity and imagination go beyond expectations.

PAMELA Born in Mexico, studied Pedagogy but has always had a deep connection with textile art. Her understanding of both education and creative expression makes her the perfect guide for children—someone who knows how to nurture their curiosity while helping them discover the beauty of colors, textures, and imagination through fabric and thread.
