I think I manifested this one.

I’ve wanted to photograph a wedding in Poland, my home country, for such a long time. I had a certain vision of what it could look and feel like, but this somehow turned out even better.

We woke up to the entire field covered in fog and suddenly everything looked like a scene from an old European film.
There’s also something really special about getting to create in the country I come from. It feels familiar, but at the same time I get to see it differently now through my work.

I think this one will stay with me for a while.

And if the digital photos already look like this, I genuinely cannot wait to get the Super 8 back.

There’s something I love about combining both formats: the timeless, imperfect feeling of film alongside the clarity of digital. Together, they preserve not only how the day looked, but also the atmosphere, the movement, and all the little moments in between.

Italy will always have a special place in my heart, and this celebration was no exception.
