Be prepared!
It's time to get ready for darkroom season. Maybe you finally bought your dream camera this year and took some extraordinary pictures with it! So that nothing of the quality of these photos is lost, you should of course also be well equipped in the darkroom and use an appropriate enlarger ;-)

1+2: DeVere 508H

[FOR SALE] Fujimoto 90M-D

Maybe the design of this enlarger reminds you of the Fujimoto 450 I introduced a few days ago. You are right! This is the little brother, the Fujimoto 90M-D.
It’s a true 6x9 enlarger.

The special feature:
The enlarger has fixed condensers, which means that both the color mixing head and the head with the opal lamp are mounted over the condenser.
This means that you get a nice high-contrast light even with the color head. Unfortunately, there are very few enlargers like this!

The k**b for focus adjustment is equipped with a second k**b for fine tuning.

Besides two glassless negative carriers for 35mm and 6x9cm, there is a special carrier equipped with AN glass. In this carrier you can put masks for 18x24mm, 24x36mm and 6x6cm.

The condition is like new.

[SOLD] Jobo Sheet Film Drum 3013

This Jobo drum is a predecessor of the well known EXPERT drums 3006 or 3010.
It is also a special sheet film developing drum for (up to) five 4x5" sheets.

From the outside it looks similar, but inside it is a little different.
There are some separators built in to keep the sheets safely separated when rotating.
This different design makes it possible to use it with the oldest versions of the Jobo CPA2/CPP2 processors. You don't need the powerful motor of the newer models to handle this drum!

Only a minimum of 330 ml of chemicals is needed to develop all the sheets.

btw: I don’t say it loud, but It’s much more affordable than an EXPERT drum 3006 or 3010 😉

Here it is! The condenser head of the Fujimoto 450M to turn a 450M-C into a 450M-D (as already announced in the last post).

It is equipped with a large and heavy double condenser, for all negative sizes from 6x6cm to 4x5".
Only one screw needs to be loosened to remove the color head and replace it with the condenser head.
This small task takes only a minute (or even less...).

You can complete the offered outfit (or add it to your own Fujimoto) ;-)

[FOR SALE] Fujimoto 450M-C

There is another underestimated 4x5” large format enlarger: The Fujimoto 450m-C
OK, it’s underestimated only in Europe ;-)

To be honest, it’s a fantastic machine, very solidly built. In terms of reliability and precision, it clearly performs in the same league as the Durst Laborator 1200.
This particular one is in excellent condition.

Equipped with glassless negative carriers for sizes for 6x4,5 / 6x7 / 6x9 / 9x12 and 4x5”.
Both mixing boxes (6x9cm and 4x5”) are included as well as three lens plates and a Rodagon 5,6/150mm.
There is also the BW-condenser head available (not pictured).

[Jobo CPA2/CPP2 Upgrade]

UPDATE

As you can clearly see, the integration of the HMI (touch panel) has been successful.

Imho it’s very important to offer this fabulous machine (my totally immodest opinion 😎) as much photographers as possible. To facilitate handling, we have integrated a language switch between 6 languages:
German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese.

Do you think we should translate into even more languages?

Unfortunately the user manual has also to be translated. This is the really fun part…
Very time consuming, but in the end it will be worth it.

[SOLD]
A “like new” AGFA Rondinax 35U Daylight Developing Tank for 35mm film.

Most of you are familiar with the "Lab Box", a very differently constructed daylight development tank whose launch a few years ago was accompanied by a large Kickstarter campaign.

However, the principle of this construction was invented by AGFA in 1935.
Yes, you read correctly: Nineteen hundred and thirty-five!!!

The pictured Rondinax 35U is from the latest production cycle in the 1970s.
The condition is outstanding. There are really no signs of use or even chemical residues. Complete, including working thermometer.

And yes, the knife is also in excellent condition.

[FOR SALE] This is the DUNCO Modell II-66/67 120 PRO.
I'm sure you've already guessed: An enlarger with such a complicated name must be an enlarger from Germany!

You’re completely right! ;-)

Probably you know the wonderful 4-bladed easels from DUNCO but not their enlargers.
In any case this 6x7 enlarger has a special design. It is the perfect enlarger for portraits.
It’s possible to place even the biggest Dunco easel (4-bladed, 50x70cm!) in portrait mode under the center of the enlarger head. And there is a very long column too.

Nice setup, not?

Last but not least there is a red filter and also a diffuser filter that are both built into the head.

The DUNCO comes with two lens plates (M39) and three negative carriers.
(Six-element enlarging lenses are also available if needed.)

It is equipped with an ILFORD Multigrade filter module. This module can be easily replaced with other modules (Color or Splitgrade) within seconds.

You see a somewhat underestimated member of the well known Durst Laborator family.
This is the Laborator 1000, the predecessor of the Laborator 1200.

Also a very sturdy and reliable 4x5" enlarger. This particular specimen is in exceptionally good condition. The negative carrier looks like unused (equipped with AN-glass on top), just like the complete enlarger. There are virtually no signs of use.

It is equipped with all needed condensers to enlarge negatives from 6x6cm up to 4x5”.
It will be delivered with a Rodenstock Rodagon 5,6/135mm that is designed to enlarge negatives up to 4x5”. But if you would like another lens: no problem.

As you can see on the pictures: It is possible to mount the head at different heights on the carrier and (of course) it’s possible to turn the head to make wall projections.

[SOLD] Thermaphot ACP300 BW/Color Print Processor

Maybe some of you don’t know the german brand Thermaphot, but I think everyone knows Durst RCP 20/40 processors or Ilford ICP or CAP processors. They are well known as very reliable and all of them were produced by Thermaphot.

The ACP300 develops paper up to 30cm/12” wide. You can adjust the temperature up to 50°C/122°F. The developer times are variable between 32sec and 230sec.
So you can it use not only as processor for color prints but also as processor for a fast BW process.

Of course there is automatic replenishment available. There are some optical sensors to measure the sizes of the paper surface. The diaphragm pumps operate proportionally to the amount of paper passing through and pump new chemicals accordingly.

The ACP300 is a dry-to-dry processor. There are 3 rinse tanks that operate in cascade. The temperature of the infrared dryer is of course adjustable.

All this in a very small housing compared to other processors.

Completely refurbished, all hoses were replaced, electronics checked etc.
Requires only a final cleaning.
