It takes a village to shoot a movie. 
Klar kann man Content auch alleine drehen. Oder Fotos und Videos gleichzeitig produzieren. Das ist alles eine Frage der Kompromisse. Und in diesem Fall sind es wohl die meisten. Entweder dauert es sehr lange, oder ich muss Abstriche beim Bild, beim Ton, beim Licht, beim Umbau, beim Setdesign, bei der Kommunikation etc. machen. Niemand kann die Kamera einstellen, dabei Licht fufbauen, den Cast abpudern und verkabeln, das Set herrichten, mit dem Kunden sprechen und sich um Catering kümmern (wichtig 😏).

Wenn wir Szenario A) eine Szene mit mehreren Schauspielern und darunter Kindern drehen,

oder Szenario B) 30 Minuten für einen O-Ton und Schnittbilder einer Führungskraft haben, dann muss davor das Licht stehen, der Ton schnell angebracht sein, die Kamera zuverlässig laufen, mehrere Paar Hände auf Standby sein, um Eventualitäten vorzubeugen & für Umbauten mit anzupacken, Hair & Makeup fertig sein und jemand den Überblick über all das haben. Vom Aufbau und der Logistik vor Ort ganz abgesehen. Um ins Detail zu gehen: Jedes Department hat seine eigenen Baustellen, sei es der Optikwechsel bei der Kamera und das Schärfeziehen: Wenn das niemand übernimmt, hat der/die DoP weniger Zeit und Kopf fürs Bild.

Ja da „stehen dann viele Leute am Set rum, die Geld kosten“, aber dafür läuft auch alles nach Plan unabhängig von Wind, Wetter und sonstigen Eventualitäten. Und das bedeutet, dass delivert werden kann, was konzipiert wurde, und diese Sicherheit und Planbarkeit in Kombination mit dem gewaltigen optischen & akustischen Unterschied zu einer One-Person-Band grenzt ab und hebt den “Content” auf Filmniveau. Braucht man nicht für jedes Asset, ist klar, aber wenn es jede große Brand regelmäßig so für ihre Kampagnen und Spots angeht, wird es einen Grund haben. Ab einem gewissen Anspruch entsteht ein Budget und ab einem gewissen Budget muss es zuverlässig professionell und hochwertig sein. Filmproduktion eben.

Manchmal braucht man eine Social Media Content Agentur, manchmal Videografen, manchmal eine Filmproduktion. Wann braucht man eigentlich uns? 🫡
Nach der Definition ist alles Content, doch wir verstehen uns nicht als Contentproduktion, weil der Begriff den Inhalt entwertet und relativiert.
Wir stehen nicht für kurzlebige Formate, die schneller irrelevant sind, als sie produziert wurden.
Unser Mantra lautet nicht „Hauptsache fertig.”, sondern „Hauptsache gut.”
Nicht jeder Post und jedes Format benötigt diesen Ansatz. Für das kurzfristige Reel braucht es das nicht, aber für die Kampagne, für das Produktvideo, für den Commercial ist es genau der Richtige.
Wenn Ergebnisse nicht dem Zufall überlassen werden und konzipiert werden, wenn die Werbung nach Film aussehen soll, wenn der Spot nicht wie Content aus dem Handgelenk geschüttelt wird, dann sind wir die Richtigen für euch. Egal ob Film, 3D oder Fotografie. Egal ob Social Media, Website, Messe, Kino oder TV. Egal ob für Agenturen, die komplexe Produktionen auslagern, oder Marketingabteilungen.

The Uyghurs, a people from East Turkestan, carry a centuries-old culture. Today, however, millions are experiencing systematic oppression. Language, religion, and traditions are being pushed aside, while fear and control define daily life.

For many, only exile remains. Places like Istanbul, home to the largest Uyghur diaspora, become centers of arrival and preservation. Culture there is not simply conserved but carried forward as something living, as quiet resistance and an expression of resilience.
�Our documentary project is dedicated to the voices, life stories, and memories of those in exile. It shows how cultural identity endures far from home, upheld by community.

In 2022, we were already able to accompany Gülzire in Munich. To this day, she misses her sister and her parents, who are believed to be held in Chinese internment camps. Against The Silence (directed by Martina Chamrad) had an impressive festival tour, screened at two Oscar-qualifying festivals, and brought international visibility.

Yet in light of Chinese policies, it remains just a drop in the ocean. The long arm of China was noticeable throughout the filming. The urgency of the new documentary arises from the systematic suppression of culture, religion, and people. With our films, we want to make visible, to return voice and dignity to the Uyghur community, and to build a bridge toward intercultural understanding.
