Why We Follow
Humans are wired for connection. From an evolutionary standpoint, staying with the tribe meant survival. Today, that translates into following trends, copying leaders, and adopting popular opinions. It provides an immediate sense of belonging and safety.

The Hidden Price
When you copy others, you trade your individuality for acceptance. The path is already paved, which means it requires very little mental effort. However, following a leader blindly means you also inherit their destination—whether it fits your personal goals or not.
