SOLÉNE MAGAZINE IS COMING TO PARIS 🇫🇷

My plans have changed a little along the way, which actually means I suddenly find myself with something rather exciting: an almost open calendar during Paris Fashion Week, October 1–5.

And I intend to fill it with the very best Paris has to offer.

Fashion shows, presentations, networking dinners, events, cocktails, creative meetings, backstage moments, new people, and the places where the fashion world comes together once the shows are over.

I’m coming to Paris as Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Soléne Magazine and as an international fashion & beauty photographer, and I would love to spend these days meeting people, making new connections, and experiencing and covering some of what is happening around Fashion Week for the world of Soléne.

So I’m reaching out to my network. 🤍

A tiny sneak peek… 👀🤍

I’m finally ready to share a little glimpse of the incredible location for Creative Days – and trust me, this is only a tiny peek. There is SO much more to come.

This October, I’m launching Creative Days for the very first time in Denmark.

And there’s another first for me: after years of teaching photographers through workshops and bootcamps, this will actually be my very first workshop in Jutland.

And honestly… I couldn’t have chosen a better place for it. is truly one of its kind and I can't waiiiiiit to have 2 full days of workshop on these premises 🙏❤️

Day 1, we go all in on BEAUTY.
Day 2, we switch it up and go all in on FASHION.

I’ll be sharing what I know, what I look for and how I work when I create my own images.

This isn’t about spending two days buried in camera settings and technical talk. You should know your way around your camera, but you absolutely don’t need to be an expert.

Because what I really want to teach you is to SEE.

To see the light. The possibilities. The details. To understand the choices that can take an image from "nice" to something GRAND!

We’ll work with professional models, lighting, styling, posing and composition – creating beauty and fashion images that can genuinely elevate your portfolio, your website and the way you present yourself as a photographer.

IT'S FINALLY HERE ! 🩷

For the very first time: 🌺 CREATIVE DAYS 🌺 is officially open!

I honestly can't tell you how excited I am to finally share this with you

For quite some time I have been pouring my heart into creating something completely new.

This is not "just another workshop" - This is a brand new Photographer Experience concept, build around everything I believe, great photography is really about

The location is a big part of the experience! When I started planning Creative Days, I knew one thing for certain: The surroundings have to be equally inspiring as the teaching !

/ Studio P House in Silkeborg is an extraordinary creative space and in this venture with Anja Ekstrøm Creative, we open the doors for the very first time to an experience like this

Together with a small of just 15 photographers (maximum) we will spend 2 days creating, learning and pushing creative boundaries

I can't fit the whole program into this post, but it will involve a whole lot about fashion and beauty photography - follow the link in bio to learn all the details

One of the things I hear most often from photographers isn’t questions about cameras, lighting or editing.

It’s whether they dare to invest in themselves.

The doubt. Wondering if they’re good enough. Wondering if they’re ready. Wondering if spending money on their own development is really worth it, and whether they’ll ever make that investment back.

I understand that feeling because I’ve been there myself.

When I decided to take photography seriously, I had already spent around twenty years working in an office. I had a stable income, responsibilities and a life that looked perfectly sensible on paper. Choosing a creative path didn’t necessarily feel like the logical decision, and there was certainly no guarantee that it would work out.

Looking back, I think that’s exactly why I understand so many of the photographers I meet today.

It’s rarely a lack of talent that keeps people stuck.

More often, it’s doubt.

Not necessarily doubt about photography itself, but doubt about whether they’re truly worth investing in.

I also think many people underestimate the importance of environment.

When you stay in the same surroundings, follow the same routines and have the same conversations every day, growth can become difficult. Sometimes we need to step away from our normal lives, surround ourselves with people who share our ambitions and spend time in an environment where learning, creating and growing become the main focus.

That’s one of the reasons my bootcamps have never been only about taking photographs.

Of course we shoot. A lot. ❤️❤️😃 (because we LOVE to)

But some of the most rewarding moments happen away from the camera itself. Watching someone arrive carrying doubt and leave with more confidence. Seeing a photographer finally believe in their own vision. Watching people realise that the gap between where they are and where they want to be may not be as large as they once thought.

Growth rarely comes from talent alone.

It requires commitment.

This October, I will once again open a very small group in Spain.

(Both English speaking and Danish speaking participants are most welcome)
