Lofoten adventure incoming. ⛰️🇳🇴

This week I am travelling back to beautiful Lofoten with Robens Outdoor & North Away 🌏 Travels to the North. I am looking so much forward to explore this stunning landscape again, go hiking in the mountains, and let me be amazed by the majestic scenery. And most of all I am excited to enjoy the experience with both old and new friends. ⛰️🇳🇴🌿🥾🌅

Ad | Et microadventure til at komme helt ned i gear 🌲❄️⛺️

Du behøver ikke rejse langt for at få en pause fra hverdagen. Pak tagteltet, find en skovsø og gør en helt almindelig dag til et lille eventyr. 🌿

🥾 Start med en vandring gennem klitterne og brug tiden på at udforske området. 🥪 Find et smukt sted undervejs og nyd en picnic i naturen. 🧊 Slut dagen med en vinterbadning i en stille skovsø - og hvis der er en sauna i nærheden, så gør kontrasten mellem det kolde vand og varmen til en del af oplevelsen. 🔥 ⛺️ Find derefter et hyggeligt sted at slå lejr, lav god mad og nyd aftenen i roligt tempo. 🌌 Når mørket falder på, kravl op i tagteltet og fald i søvn under stjernerne.

Det er den slags små eventyr, vi elsker. En kombination af bevægelse, natur og tid til bare at være - uden at skulle langt væk eller planlægge det store.

Ad | A microadventure to slow down and reconnect with nature 🌲❄️⛺️

You don’t have to travel far to escape everyday life. Pack your rooftop tent, find a quiet forest lake and turn an ordinary day into a little adventure.🌿

🥾 Start with a hike through the sand dunes and take your time exploring the area. 🥪 Find a beautiful spot along the way and enjoy a scenic picnic surrounded by nature. 🧊 End the day with a cold swim in a peaceful forest lake - and if there’s a sauna nearby, embrace the contrast between cold water and warm air. 🔥 ⛺️ Find a cozy spot to camp, cook some good food and enjoy a slow evening outdoors. 🌌 Then, when darkness falls, climb into your rooftop tent and fall asleep beneath the stars.

That’s what we love about microadventures. A simple combination of movement, nature and time to slow down - without having to travel far or make big plans.

Ad | Du behøver ikke rejse langt for at få følelsen af et rigtigt eventyr. Pak tagteltet, find et smukt sted og lad dagen være en del af oplevelsen.

🥪 Start med en scenic picnic - måske ved stranden med udsigt over havet. 🥾 Tag på vandring og brug tiden på at udforske området, fra kysten til klitterne. 🌿 Find et hyggeligt og roligt sted at slå lejr for natten. 🎲 Lav god mad, spil et brætspil og nyd aftenen uden at skulle nå noget. 🌌 Og når mørket falder på, kravl i tagteltet og fald i søvn under stjernerne.

Det er noget af det, vi elsker ved microadventures. De behøver ikke kræve en masse planlægning eller flere dage fri - nogle gange er det nok bare at pakke bilen og tage afsted.

That’s what we love about microadventures. They don’t have to involve much planning or several days off – sometimes all you need is to pack the car and go.

First sneak peeks from Ironman Copenhagen 2026. 📸🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼

A big race day with over 2800+ athletes racing in Copenhagen and North Zealand. So many athletes, so many photos and so many stories to tell.
Once again I had the pleasure to work with IRONMAN Denmark photographing the venue and atmosphere around the race. This race course is one of my favorites due to the scenery: from athletes swimming in the lagune at Amager Strandpark during sunrise, biking through the big city and the scenic nature north of Copenhagen, to running through the city, passing by a lot of iconic landmarks of the capital.

I am so grateful for being part of this evebt, and I am looking forward to share more photos. 📸

Somewhere between the mountains, waterfalls and endless blue. 💙🌊⛰️🇬🇱

Summer in Greenland feels almost unreal - powerful waterfalls, intense blue water and icebergs drifting through a vast Arctic landscape.

Sailing through the fjords leaves you amazed; a place where nature feels bigger, wilder and more beautiful than you could ever imagine. 🇬🇱

Muligheden for eventyr i hverdagen. 🌿✨
Der er noget særligt ved at tage afsted uden en fast plan. At finde et sted omgivet af natur, slå tagteltet op og lade resten af verden vente lidt.
En aften med god mad, et spil backgammon, masser af grin og tid til bare at være. Og når mørket falder på, at kravle i teltet og falde i søvn under en himmel fuld af stjerner. 🌌
Det behøver ikke være et stort eventyr. Nogle gange er det de små ture, der giver den største følelse af frihed.
Pak bilen, find et roligt sted i naturen og tag afsted. Det næste eventyr venter måske lige rundt om hjørnet. 🚙⛺️🌲

Sometimes, all you need is a little escape. 🌿✨
There’s something special about heading out without a fixed plan. Finding a place surrounded by nature, setting up camp and letting the rest of the world wait for a while.
An evening filled with good food, a game of backgammon, plenty of laughter and time to simply be. And when darkness falls, climbing into the rooftop tent and falling asleep beneath a sky full of stars. 🌌
It doesn’t have to be a big adventure. Sometimes, it is the little escapes that give us the greatest sense of freedom.
Pack the car, find a quiet spot in nature and just go. The next adventure might be waiting right around the corner. 🚙⛺️🌲

Total Solar Eclipse 2026 🌑☀️📸

I have just arrived in Spain to photograph the unique events with Total Solar Eclipse and the Perseids Meteor shower. ☀️🌌☄️
I have been looking forward to this trip for over a year and I am super excited to do this project together with Fernando Marmolejo David Cachon MTB and Marianne villadsen | Inspiration til naturoplevelser. 📸

I am looking so much forward to capture some unique photos and to enjoy this memorable experience! ✨

Last time I saw a partial solar eclipse was in 2022 in Denmark together with my fellow OM System Ambassadors Julia // All things outdoors🇨🇭 Fotograf Rania Rönntoft and Louise Åvall.😊

🌑 Photographing a solar eclipse? Here are 6 quick tips 📸

1. Use a solar filter ☀️
Always use a certified solar filter during the partial phases. Remove it only during totality – and put it back immediately afterwards.

2. Think about focal length 🔭
400mm+ is great for capturing the corona and prominences. Wider lenses can create amazing landscape shots with the eclipse in the scene.

3. Use manual focus 🎯
Focus on the sun beforehand and switch to manual focus. Autofocus can struggle when the light changes.

4. Bracket your exposures 📸
During totality, things happen fast. Shoot a range of exposures so you can capture everything from the bright corona to the darker details.

5. Look beyond the sun 🌄
Add a person, landscape, mountain or building to create a stronger image and tell a story.

6. Don’t forget to experience it ❤️
The camera can wait. Look up, take it all in and enjoy the moment. Totality is incredibly short – and truly magical.

Snorkling with humpback whales in French Polynesia has been one of my big dreams since childhood. To experience these gentle giants with my own eyes and to observe the intimate bond between mother and calf was such a unique experience!
I captured a lot of photos, but this image remains one of my favorites. To me, it captures the tenderness, trust, and extraordinary connection between mother and calf. Every time I look at it, I am reminded not only of this unforgettable encounter, but also of how important it is to protect the oceans and the safe havens these magnificent animals depend on.🐋📸🌊
