LOCATION SCOUTING – MONTREAL & SURROUNDING AREAS
We are currently searching for the primary family home for a new Quebec television series that will air on Noovo.
Property Requirements:
• Large, warm, family-style two-storey home
• Main floor, second floor, and basement accessible
• Minimum of 4 bedrooms
• Ideally located in a residential suburban neighborhood
• Open-concept main living areas (kitchen, dining room, living)
• Warm, inviting, and contemporary design
• Natural materials preferred: exposed wood beams, rich textures, warm color palettes
• Homes with an abundance of white or minimalist décor are generally not suitable

Filming Schedule:
• Approximately 10 filming days
• November to early December
• Temporary relocation of occupants will be required during filming
•
