ABOUT – We are a local Media Business in Alhaurin el Grande. I’m our main local Photographer with many years experience in Photography, Videography & Editing. I’m also Manager of a popular media company on the coast and because I have recently moved to the lo
vely Alhaurin el Grande I would like to offer our selected services here and to the surrounding areas. I’m English, originally from London, UK and I’ve been living in Andalucia for over 30 yrs now. I recently married a Spanish woman from the pueblo and so am now living here in Alhaurin el Grande where I plan to expand our Marbella Photo/Video & Media Services and as this would eliminate the need to travel back & forth, I’m happy to offer a large discount to anyone who hires our services in Alhaurin or nearby. EQUIPMENT - We have a wide selection of Full frame equipment including multiple 5D series bodies, many high end lenses, flashes and video equipment too. I myself wear a harness with twin cameras to ensure we do not miss anything either close-up or far away, for varied angles or in case of any type of malfunction, I always have the other camera on me (and usually another spare nearby). We use high end EF lenses in most cases and have for example dedicated lenses for property capture or any work in close environments and specialise in wide angle work with tilt/shift so that it captures everything without looking ‘fisheye’ warped if that look is not desired. Needless to say you are guaranteed great results with the large selection of equipment we use and my full frame setup with primes ensure low light shots are crystal clear with no noise. STYLE - Whilst by default I myself shoot with the flash off and in a non-obtrusive/candid/reportage manor, I’m fortunate to have had many years experience where different styles were needed, so I can now easily switch or adapt to different styles & environments and then only introduce flash if necessary to keep things as natural as possible. The reason we use a non-obtrusive approach is because I found it often enabled us to capture more and get better quality shots, so rather than chatting to people as some do, we are instead often hidden in the bushes capturing people when they dont even know, to ensure more natural and stunning results. Having said this I like a giggle if appropriate and can easily make others laugh or feel generally more comfortable, so if a client prefers, I can join in or even entertain at times as little or as much as required with family shoots or kiddies parties being perhaps the most common for this type of interaction. SERVICES - We cover any type of photography, video or editing work either private or commercial and we always enjoy doing new things. Whilst I personally have concentrated in the past on covering mainly weddings, private portraits, events and business promotion for usually foreigners on the coast, we plan now to integrate more into the Spanish community here in Alhaurin and welcome enquiries for Spanish Weddings, Communions or any other traditions that we would be grateful to have the opportunity to capture. Some services we cover include photography and/or video capture of: Wedding Stories, Private Photosessions, Marketing Material, Property, Product and Events Coverage. and we have many years post production experience so include high end photo/video editing services. Our website, business & marketing options are also very popular on the coast and you will be surprised how affordable it is nowadays to have a dedicated website for any purpose, we even offer free photo/video and social media setups with full websites. EXPERIENCE - We have been shooting here in Andalucia for over 30 yrs now, in a wide range styles, places and environments. Expanding to simply supply multimedia of various types for our own web development business, it was soon clear that our artistic side stood out and we were quickly covering high end weddings at many of the most prestigious venues in Spain. I then launched my own Marbella based Wedding Photography Business and enjoy capturing these gorgeous events each Summer. It does however leave much of the year spare to photograph anything else that people might want and so we love a challenge to prove there are no limits. One thing we are complimented about regularly, is our ability to ‘make something from literally nothing’. COST - Depending on your enquiry and requirements, we can sometimes even offer to capture something for free (if it’s something we feel will enhance our portfolio) and in other cases we are happy to offer a large discount if you are local to Alhaurin and so would love to hear from you.
