Stella — Carnaval Edition 🎭🐾

I absolutely love Carnaval. The colours, the energy, the music, the madness — all of it.

This year, I couldn’t make it to Santa Cruz…
So naturally, I brought Carnaval home instead. 😄

Which means: costumes, laughter, a camera — and my very patient little Miss Sunshine.

Before anyone worries:
Stella was not hurt, forced, or bribed beyond reasonable snack standards during this shoot.
This is her genuine “I live with a photographer” happy face. 😂

Honestly, we had so much fun creating these.

I hope this little series brings some colour, joy and a smile to your day.

I’m back — refreshed, motivated, and full of new energy for the year ahead.
Sometimes it’s good to take a little break, breathe, and then return with fresh passion for what you love.

And what better way to start than with a lovely repeat client who wanted to introduce her newest family member?
Meet Luna — a beautiful 1½-year-old Presa Canario mix, full of energy, curiosity, and pure joy. She couldn’t sit still for a second and was simply impossible not to fall in love with.

To give her space to run and be herself, we met at the nearby dog park — and it turned into a super fun, relaxed and joyful session.

The Storyteller

Some sessions stay with you — and this was one of them.
Photographing this brilliant musician Victor at Casino Santa Cruz was a very special and rewarding experience. 🎷

As Victor played, the sound of his sax gave the whole shoot a rhythm of its own… calm, honest, and full of character. It shaped every moment we captured together.

FACES OF TENERIFE - SUBIDA ARONA – LA ESCALONA

Yesterday I had the chance to photograph driver José Manuel Delgado Negrín from Team Conny Sports in Los Cristianos, ahead of today’s race.

It’s something a bit different for me — I mostly shoot portrait sessions — but I love a good challenge.

I was there before the Ceremonia de Salida to capture the cars, the setup, and the atmosphere, and stayed for the official start ceremony.

It was amazing!!! Thank you for the opportunity.
Wishing José another safe and successful race tomorrow!

💛 FACES OF TENERIFE – 4A | First Chapter: Finding Forever Homes 🐾

This video closes the first chapter of my Faces of Tenerife journey —
and this chapter belongs to 4A Asociación Amigos Animales Arico.

These are the dogs I met during my visit.
Each one with a story.
Each one with a past.
Each one still hoping for a future. 💛

Some of these beautiful souls have already found their forever homes.
Others are still waiting — patient, gentle, brave in their own ways.
But every single one of them deserves to be seen.

Behind all of this stands the incredible team at 4A —
volunteers who show up every day to offer safety, kindness, and second chances.
They are the reason hope is still alive for so many dogs.

Let this video be a reminder:
Visibility matters.
Sharing matters.
One post can reach the right person at the right moment.
One share can turn hope into a home. 🕊️

And this is just the beginning.
I hope to continue this project once a month at different refugios across the island —
as much as I can, whenever my time allows.
